The Challenge
A corporate office complex in the Mumbai suburbs faced severe parking shortfall during peak hours with cars spilling onto surrounding roads. The plot had no basement and deep excavation was ruled out by the structural engineer due to the local water table conditions.
Our Solution
Parkomate designed and installed a Semi-Auto OGP Puzzle system across 5 levels entirely above ground — no excavation required. The PLC-controlled grid shuffles cars independently, meaning any employee can retrieve their car without waiting for others. The project was delivered within the agreed timeline causing zero disruption to office operations.
