These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Parkomate Premium Parking System website (the "Site"). By accessing or using this Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Use of the Site

This Site is provided for informational purposes — to showcase Parkomate's automated parking products, past projects, and to allow visitors to submit enquiries. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to misuse the Contact form (e.g. submitting false information or spam).

2. Content Accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to keep product information, specifications, and project details accurate and up to date. However, specifications shown on the Site are indicative and may vary based on site conditions; final specifications are confirmed during consultation and agreement for any project.

3. No Warranty on Website Availability

We aim to keep the Site available and functioning correctly but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We are not liable for any loss arising from temporary unavailability of the Site.

4. Enquiries and Quotations

Submitting the Contact form does not create any binding contract between you and Parkomate. Any project, quotation, or installation is governed separately by a written agreement signed between Parkomate and the client.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Parkomate Premium Parking System unless otherwise stated, and may not be copied or reused without permission.

6. Third-Party Links and Services

This Site may link to third-party services (such as WhatsApp) or use third-party tools (such as EmailJS to process Contact form submissions). We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of these third parties.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Parkomate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this Site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from use of this Site shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Maharashtra, India.
